You may order reports online or offline.
- How do I order online?
First review information on the report
you are interested in. Then choose the license type (corporate or
single-user). Then click Add to Cart, and go through 2-3 screens to complete the order process.
- What are my payment options?
You may pay by credit card, check or
direct bank transfer. Credit card options include Visa, American
Express, MasterCard, and Discover. Prepayment is required for all
orders.
- Can I order online and pay by check or direct bank transfer?
Yes, you can place an order online and pay by check or direct bank transfer. First choose your report, then click Add to Cart. After 1-2 screens, you can choose the payment method. We will send you an order confirmation as soon as you Submit your order.
- How are the reports delivered?
After the purchase has been approved, you
will receive an email with a link to download your report(s). If you
choose check or wire transfer, your report will be delivered after your payment is received.
- Delivery for orders with check payment option
The download link will be emailed after your check is received.
- Delivery for orders with direct bank transfer payment option
For direct bank transfers, we will first
send you our bank details after receiving your order. The download
link will be emailed after your payment is received.
- Can I order reports offline?
- Are there any shipping charges?
All Marketstrat reports are delivered in electronic format, hence there are no shipping charges.
- Why Register with Marketstrat?
Registered users receive early
notification of new research, report summaries, special offers,
newsletters, white papers, research program participation requests, and
access to restricted areas of the marketstrat web site.
- What is “My Marketstrat?”
Registered users and customers can update
their account information anytime by logging in and navigating to the
“My Marketstrat” section of the web site. Customers can view all their
previous orders and also download recently ordered reports (within
first 30 days of placing the order).
- What type of information do you collect?
Your privacy is important to us. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
Name, Address, Email address, Phone
number, Company, Position, Credit/Debit Card Information, etc.

- What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the information
being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of reports once they
have been delivered. Please review all information about a report
before you place your order. This includes report description, table of
contents, report highlights, etc. Please contact us if you have any
questions about our research methodology, report coverage, scope or
limitations. We would be happy to help you make an informed decision.
- What is a corporate license?
As the license holder, company designated
on the order form may share purchased information with other employees,
departments, and locations within the company.
- What is a single-user license?
As the sole license holder, the individual designated on the order form may not distribute contents of the report in whole or in part in any format.
- What if I have questions or need clarifications regarding a report I already purchased?
